New York Sport & Fitness 21 Day Jumpstart now offers body composition measurement using the InBody 570, one of the industry’s top precision body composition assessment machines. After your first InBody test, one of our certified trainers will review your results and work with you to determine safe, healthy goal weights based on your recommended body fat percentage.
The InBody 570 goes beyond traditional body composition analysis. It not only analyzes how much fat and muscle you have, but it also measures your Total Body Water and divides it into Intracellular Water and Extracellular Water, values important for understanding a user’s fluid distribution in medical, wellness, or fitness contexts.
At the end of the program we will retest to monitor your progress and develop a comprehensive goal to keep the weight off!

Do I have to come for 21 straight days?
No. We recommend that you come to class 4-5 days a week for best results
If I am out of shape can I still do the program?
YES! This program is designed for everyone! From athletes to aging adults, people wanting to gain 15lbs of muscle and people wanting to lose 100+ lbs. of fat. We will scale the workouts to any level.
Does it include a nutrition plan?
Yes, guidelines, shopping lists and meal plan will be given to everyone. We do the hard work for you and give you easy to follow plans that include all your favorite foods.
When will we receive our nutrition plan?
We will hold an opening seminar to cover all of your nutrition and fitness questions on Saturday January 20th at 11am. It is very important you attend as all the information will be covered then and this is the only seminar being held.
