Band Squat Description
This version of the squat is a great variation to do at home or if you have limited access to equipment. It is also a great variation to do to work on form before trying weighted squats.
Band Squat Steps
1. Step on band with the arches of the feet and hold the band in the palm of the hands.
2. Keeping your weight on your heels and knees out start to lower down.
3. Lower down until you get to 90 degrees then driving through the heels raise back up.
4. Keep a tall chest and the eyes straight ahead the whole time. Repeat for 8-12 reps.
