These classes take place in our Group Ex room and focus on improving strength, burning calories, and improving functional fitness—making it easier for you to do your daily activities. These classes are included with all basic level gym memberships.
CIRCUIT: A total body workout that will challenge all your muscles by using the classic weight room exercises like squats, lunges, presses, lifts and curls.
SPINNING: The class combines high intensity, non-impact training and will work your legs, glutes, heart, lungs and sweat glands like they’ve never been worked before! Keiser M3 bikes and ALL MAD DOGG certified instructors!
ZUMBA: Achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie burning, body energizing, awe inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life! The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you’ve got a Zumba class!
YOGA: Westerners are most familiar with yoga’s fitness components but may not realize that it weaves fitness, wellness and a deep sense of consciousness together. (POWER Yoga every Wednesday morning)
SILVER AND FIT: Perfect for our members in their “golden years” and a great place for anyone who is starting out with an aerobic program. Combines step and strength training. Will keep you moving for years to come!
BOXING: Teaches you boxing skills and technique while increasing your muscular and cardiac endurance.
FUNCTIONAL FITNESS: This class is based around purposeful, functional exercises to benefit everyday life. Promotes injury prevention, strength building and balance.
PILATES: An innovative system of mind-body exercise evolved from the principles of Joseph Pilates. Pilates teaches body awareness & good posture while increasing core strength, flexibility, & agility. Bring your Yoga mat!
