Our sports performance programs unlock that athletic potential! Our group camps are designed to make athletes faster, stronger, better through specially designed instruction that takes them to a higher level of speed, agility, coordination, and power. Participants will work in groups and independently to hone their athletic skills. We help them to develop the instincts and reaction times that will make them competitive on the field, court, or track.

ATHLETE TRAINING

As the pioneers of Sports Performance Training in the Southern Tier, New York Sport & Fitness offers an innovative approach to training for high school, college, and professional athletes and teams—building on a solid athletic foundation while staying focused on each athlete’s individual goals. Our unique group program includes instruction in movement training, injury reduction and rehabilitation, linear and lateral speed techniques, foot speed and agility, explosive power development, proper functional strength training, and energy system conditioning. Athletes are closely supervised as our certified staff members take them through an intense workout with attention always being paid to proper technique and safety as well as each individual’s growth and skill development.

YOUTH TRAINING

The focus of our year-round group youth training programs is to give boys and girls of all ages, backgrounds, and skill levels a solid foundation for lifelong functional fitness. Youth training participants are introduced to strength and movement training and conditioning that emphasizes the development of proper form and correct techniques. Workouts become progressively more challenging as students gain mastery of the basics.

Participants are guaranteed to have fun while they build their strength, stamina, and skill. They learn the value of teamwork, make friends, and increase their confidence through their accomplishment of each fitness goal.
