TEAM TRAINING 

If you are looking to build muscle, lose fat, and feel good, this is the program for you. We pride ourselves on providing our clients with the most effective fitness experience during hour-long classes through the use of intentionally designed movements that create a balanced workout. These movements include the latest exercises in foam rolling, dynamic stretching, injury prevention, balance and agility, strength, power, core, and cardiovascular conditioning. 

Team Training has all the benefits of One on One training, without the cost. Workouts change daily, but the energy is always the same. We promise to be the best part of your day! 

No matter what your fitness and skill levels are, our certified trainers will give you the support you need to get the most out of each class and to ensure that you develop safe and correct techniques. Our trainers will be there to support you every step of the way, making sure each class builds upon the last keeping you moving towards your goal. 

If feeling better, moving better and living better are your goals we are the place for you. 

Investment in your Health: 129 a month (a few dinners out…) 

Team Training Classes include these options:  

BUILD—A total body workout designed to increase lean body mass and STRENGTH! If you want to feel better, move better, LIVE BETTER this is for you. We combine Strength with mobility ensuring you are always moving your best.  

BURN: Speed. Weights. Endurance. Agility. This combines them all. High intensity metabolic training designed to burn serious calories! Bring a towel and your water bottle and get ready for a good time!!
ONE ON ONE NUTRITION ADD ON

You are ready to make a change and know your nutrition could use a tune up too… Don’t worry. We have your back.

Changes mean changes, in the gym and in the kitchen. We have you covered in class but what happens when you go home? What should you be eating to get you to your goals??

We know there is a lot of information out there about what you should and shouldn’t be doing; we are here to help you find what works for you! Nutrition is not one size fits all; it is individual to your lifestyle, needs and wants. 

We believe in making sustainable changes, working closely with you figuring out what habits we can add into your life to improve your health.  

Included in your Add on is a 45 minute meeting with Heather, going over your current Nutrition, doing an Inbody 570 scan and Goal setting. You receive UNLIMITED email support, giving you answers to all your questions and concerns. We will meet every Four weeks for a follow up Inbody 570 scan, and another goal setting session. A three month minimum commitment is required.
