Team training

Team training is our large group training option, delivering high intensity metabolic and strength programming several times a day in a specially designed, state-of-the-art training space. These hour-long classes are fun and fast-paced with loud music, a lot of energy, and varied routines that are purposefully planned to target all body parts and keep you engaged and excited about working out. No matter what your fitness and skill levels are, our certified trainers will give you the support you need to get the most out of each class and to ensure that you develop safe and correct techniques. If you enjoy being around people and working out in a team setting, this is the program for you.

Team Training Classes include these options:

BURN—High intensity metabolic training using apparatus such as battle ropes, the TRX, medicine balls, kettlebells, sleds etc., integrated into constant movement to burn serious calories! Bring a towel and your water bottle. You’ll need them!

BUILD—A total body workout designed to increase lean body mass and STRENGTH! Focus is on technique and form, using heavier weights and low rep ranges.

S.W.E.A.T.Speed. Weights. Endurance. Agility. Training. This class is everything rolled into one! Exercise selection includes 50% metabolic and 50% strength.

Semi-private training

Semi-private training, scheduled multiple times a week for your convenience, is limited to 3-6 members per group so that you can receive the benefit of one-on-one attention and instructional coaching without the high cost associated with personal training programs.

If you are looking to build muscle, lose fat, and feel good, this is the program for you. We pride ourselves on providing our clients with the most effective fitness experience during hour-long classes through the use of intentionally designed activities that create a balanced workout. These activities include the latest exercises in foam rolling, dynamic stretching, injury prevention, balance and agility, strength, power, core, and cardiovascular conditioning. Our trainers support you both in and out of class and will do whatever it takes to get you to your goal. We won’t let you down. That’s a promise.

The semi-private program includes 12 sessions/month; assessment every 8 weeks; goal setting and progress tracking; and nutrition guidance.

One-on-One Training

Your personal trainer will design a program for you incorporating scientific exercise progression and specific target-area training. Weekly workouts are varied and interesting, incorporating different, innovative techniques to get you the best fitness results in the fastest amount of time. With one-on-one personal training, you’ll benefit from individual supervision from one of our professionally qualified and certified personal trainers, and you’ll do it at your convenience on days and times that fit your schedule.

You will receive individual assessments every 4 weeks. These assessments include body fat analysis, intensive nutritional guidance, and an outline for your workouts when not working with the trainer.
