1. Take a Tour!
Arrive 15 minutes early for a tour! Meet the trainer, have time to relax, stretch and maybe even learn some new moves!
2. Work it Out!
All training sessions are between 50-55 minutes! Bring some water and be prepared to have a GREAT time!
3. Repeat!
We know you will love it! Make an appointment to come back in again for another AWESOME workout!
